Bridges to School MKE
The Bridges to School MKE is an MPS Community School collaboration to demonstrate that strong connections and partnerships between early-childhood education settings and Community Schools lead to improved outcomes for children and families.
The Goal:
Bridging together school staff, child care professionals and parents so that they can deliver impactful school-readiness skills to children.
Why:
When parents, caregivers and educators share a common set of school-readiness goals, it is easier to deliver these critical skills to children.
How:
Through consistent collaboration among educators, parents & childcare professionals, we can utilize each other’s expertise to ensure school-readiness skills are taught consistently in all learning environments (including the home).
